How to do equivalent fractions

Let's learn how to do equivalent fractions in today's learning. Two fractions are said to be equivalent fractions when after simplification both the fractions are equal.

Here is an example showing how to identify equivalent fractions:

4/2 and 6/3

After simplifying, we get

2 and 2

Thus, both are equivalent fractions.
