What is a prime number:- Numbers which are divisible only by 1 or by themselves are called as prime numbers. In simpler words a prime number is one that has only two factors namely 1 and itself.

Now lets look at the prime numbers up to 100 below.

There are 25 prime numbers up to 100 and they are 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41, 43, 47, 53, 59, 61, 67, 71, 73, 79, 83, 89, and 97.
